I'm trying to help a friend buy the master but paypal keeps telling him unable to complete transaction, please contact merchant. Is this a paypal problem or a tmcheats problem?

im having the same problem over here man. i have tried 4 credit cards, 2 different paypals and a debit card. nothing works. i also want the master

He may be buying a reorcuring sub, in that case he needs a credit card.

He's trying to buy through paypal that has a credit card on the account, so I don't think that's the issue. Thanks for the suggestion though!
