Dayz Paysafe Problem

Hello, i tried to buy the dayz cheats for one month 15 dollar and every other month 10 dollar with paysafe. But when i enter the code this text pops up:,, An error has occurred with your PIN and/or password. Please check the entry of your PIN and the password, if you have given a password to this paysafecard.´´ But on paysafecard.com i can still check the credit of the card.
Please help me.

i thought my-paysafe card would be in testphase, and the normal paysafe card would work correctly.
