GTX 470 4 GB is slow when the Streamer is on

It has been months, I guess since the last expansion. Now the Streamer is hampering the video performance. It is something nasty!!!!!!

I have logged out and tried the same server without Toms streamer and fine. Or I will play for a while like the rest of the playing masses and then load the streamer and BUNG UP LIKE EATING CHEESE FOR A MONTH.

So what gives?!

Yup, fuck off with the latest driver and all that shit you fucking retard! Done that !~

This is consistent, seems like a streamer server bandwidth / integration issue (I don't know much about the feed)

I have tried on low and ultra and there is an issue.

Yup, fuck off with the bandwidth cuz I get a consistent 42 mb DL and a 2+ mb upload.

So what gives?!
