670 4GB GTX slow WITH streamer

i am not sure if this thread is about lag or low fps xD

if its about low fps, than make sure u activated "no sway" !
many of my fans/buddies tried to play with hacks, but tried to stay under the radar and deactived all the stuff (no spread no sway no recoil and all that stuff). if u dont check no sway, u going to lose ~ 20fps or more !

I have problem with all new games with my 1090t. Battlefield 3, my gpu usage is always around 70-80 because cpu is too slow.
