The TMLifetime package is valid for as long as TMCheats exists.
The end date is 2nd January.
If you have the insurance you will get a free cdkey if you get banned, the keys are handed out as soon as possible, however if there was a large ban wave they can take up to a month.

about cd keys: the admin say me no when i ask can i buy "tm insurance" when i need a key. (so how to?)

No, you cant buy the insurance after you are banned, that's the whole point of an insurance.

Atm it doesnt support OS reinstalls, so you will have to ask for a reset.
