which method of payment did you use?

send the transaction ID to a staff member in a PM, label the heading 'subscriber transaction ID'

just so it will stand out...otherwise give it time!

ps, money might be on hold, if you didn't receive it automatically.

Never PM a staff member about that! We get tons of spam PM's from users who have to much air between their ears, so we can't see the important ones like this.
Thats why we have a special forum for this, post it in "Account Issues"
