My question is this, I want to use the cheat on an account different from my main steam because if by chance I end up taking ban, do not want to be on my main account, I can only cheat in the ultilizar optional account and when I want to use normal account I can use that will not take quietly ban the main account?

just do not load the streamer when you use the good account

What 100 said, don't use the streamer on your "main" account and you will be good!
