    Unhappy steam shutdown

    Hello
    I have a little probleme if i run the streamer Steam shutdown and i cant restart . Why ??
    I just can run steam if i close streamer
    Help me please (So i cant play H1z1)

    Start steam, start H1Z1, press play, wait for the server list, start the streamer, start the hack, go ingame, press Insert.
