cant use hack

So, im at a different house ( my moms ), and when i opened my H1Z1 hack, putted in my Username and Password, when i click login its saying : Hardware ID mismatch.
I bought the hack yesterday, at my dads house on a different PC and IP, is that why i cant use it??? i want this to be fixed because i pay 20,- a month.

Go to "Buy now" and reset your HWID.
Not that hard to use the search function.
