Yes everything is undetected.

You can use all features but if you play obv you can get banned pretty fast.
Some are banned within a few hours and some aren't banned since hundred of hours. So it depends on your gameplay and "luck".

The hack itself was never detected. The spoofer was detected a few month ago.

It should be instant. In some cases it can take a few hours.
It depends on your payment method, paypal should be almost instant.
