Fps issues in H1z1

I've been getting trash fps on h1z1 I mean the game is absolute shit as of now.. but not the point im getting at
I recently upgraded my GPU to a GTX 950 and my frames are still unspeakable.. after doing a full factory reset of my computer I still got shitty frames afterwards
I tried everything I fucked around my NVIDA options, H1Z1 user options and im still getting nasty frames.. I figured out my issue Im getting the frames i want 40-50 in pleasent vally
But as soon as i inject tmcheats My frames go from 40-50 to 20.. I'm not sure how to go about this issues and I'm just looking for help, thanks in advance.

i am running gtx 970m and still have 20-30fps whit the hack on
