    Help please

    Just purchased a 24 hour subscription for bf3 and the streamer continually tells me i need an active connection to the network. Not too happy right now because i paid money for it and have never had trouble with this before. I would like a refund or an extension on the 24 hour subscription once it works. i tried to re download the streamer but was unable to locate a download link. someone please help
